Starting January 1, 2025, Roblon will resume offering service and spare parts sales for our cable machines. Previously, this service was provided in collaboration with our partner and former colleagues at Robco Engineering.
Our decision to reintegrate this service into Roblon directly reflects our commitment to enhancing customer experience by providing a single point of contact for all matters related to Roblon cable machines.
Service will be handled by our highly skilled service and commissioning engineers, each with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of our equipment. Their expertise ensures that your machines will be back up and running in a minimum of time, minimizing disruptions to your operations.
Additionally, Roblon will be maintaining a stock of critical spare parts to ensure short lead times and thereby a minimum of downtime for your production.
